- at first 3 m. apart (4 minutes)
- then 1 m. apart (4 minutes)
- then 0.3 m. apart (4 minutes)
- then 6 m. apart (4 minutes)
- then 0.5 m. apart (4 minutes)
An assistant may show them the time and distance.
